The Flowerpot Men has been developed to offer a simple, user-friendly experience for all visitors, with the implementation of secure technologies to offer complete transaction security and peace of mind. 

The Flowerpot Men is an expanding online store, specialising in gardening essentials. The business is based on more than 10 years of experience in the gardening business.  

Whether you're an experienced gardener who buys garden accessories regularly, or you're a first timer, we hope you will find what you need for your garden, at great prices and delivered direct to you. We can offer discounts on bulk buys at The Flowerpot Men.  Buy with confidence using all major credit and debit cards processed by Paypal secure payment. 

We offer an economy delivery service to the UK mainland. For elsewhere, please contact us prior to checkout, or call us for more information. Some remote postcodes may incur additional charges beyond our control. 
We aim to deliver all goods up to 5 working days for those items in stock, with dispatch usually between 4-5 days. For goods that are not in stock, please send an enquiry. Please also enquire if you live outside the UK. 
We do not offer a speedier delivery service but if you require such a service, the cost of which will be borne by you. 

In the event of goods being defective upon receipt, items will be replaced or refunded following inspection, providing The Flowerpot Men are notified in writing, via email or telephone within 2 working days of receiving the goods. 
If the goods are deemed faulty after the expiration of the initial 7 working day time span, The Flowerpot Men will adhere to manufacturer provided warranties, and will follow individual processes to exchange or fix the products under the manufacturer's terms and conditions. The total liability of the sale of contract is limited to the monies paid by the purchaser, and, therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special loss. 
For damaged items that are not returned a digital photograph may be required before a refund claim can be processed. 

Where the economy delivery service is used and you are unable to accept the delivery of your goods at the time of initial delivery, your goods may be left with a neighbour or in a secure location. If this is not possible, two further attempts to deliver are made. If the goods are returned back to The Flowerpot Men, you will be charged for redelivery. 


Prices featured on The Flowerpot Men are correct at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to alter and amend any price without prior notice. All prices on this website are inclusive of VAT and holding charges unless otherwise stated on the product page. Delivery charges will be added (If applicable) at time of check out. 


You have the right to return products within 14 working days of receiving the goods, providing that the product(s) has/have not been used or removed from the original packaging. 
If an item has been damaged in transit, is deemed faulty, or you have been sent an incorrect item, we will arrange for the collection of the item by our carriers, or request that such is returned to us via Royal Mail. In this instance, we will be happy to refund any postage costs incurred. 
If, however, you have changed your mind as to the suitability of the product, you will be liable for the cost of returning such to us, by trackable methods. Please be advised that we cannot be responsible for parcels that are damaged or lost en route to The Flowerpot Men. The decision to issue a refund is made purely at our discretion, based upon whether we deem the goods to be in a re-saleable condition. 
You are required to inform The Flowerpot Men of your decision to return the goods via writing, by completing the Product Returns form, by e-mail, or telephone. Once prompted to do so, we may be able to liaise with our carriers to pick up the goods and return them to The Flowerpot Men, or request that you take the item to your local Post Office  or Hermes ParcelShop for example. Refunds will be made within 14 working days from the receipt of goods back to The Flowerpot Men. 
If an item has been damaged in transit, you must notify The Flowerpot Men within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. You must notify the courier of the damage to goods at the time of receipt if visible. If the goods are visibly damaged, refuse receipt.

In the event of you wishing to cancel an order following a completed transaction, please contact us with the order reference number. Credit and debit cards will be refunded within 5 working days. If, however, an order has been dispatched from The Flowerpot Men, please see our return and exchange policy above. 

In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. 
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "client", "you" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "ourselves", "we" and "us", refers to our company (The Flowerpot Men). "Party" "Parties" or "Us", refers both to the client and ourselves, or either the client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the client's needs in respect of the company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same. 

You may not create a link to any pages of this website without first obtaining written permission from The Flowerpot Men. Creating a link from this site is done entirely at your own risk. Exclusions and limitations set out below will apply to your use of the The Flowerpot Men site by you linking to it. 
The Flowerpot Men uses cookies to enable us to view user details for each visit. Cookies may also be used in some areas of our site to enable functionality of the area and also for ease of use for the visitor. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claim or dispute which might arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or visit to our website. The Flowerpot Men retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these terms and conditions in your country of residence or any relevant country.

Any amendments to the privacy policy or Terms and Conditions will be posted on the The Flowerpot Men website. 

For all Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man orders, please phone to confirm delivery costs so that we can amend your order. All these areas incur significant surcharges from the courier and cannot be delivered under our standard terms. We do not deliver to areas outside of the UK other than the Republic of Ireland and Europe. 

The Policy (together with our terms and conditions and other documents referred to in it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you will be processed by ourselves.
