Delivery Information

We use Evri (formerly myHermes) to deliver our parcels. 

Some special offer items are 'Freepost'. Most are weight-based and this is automatically calculated at the checkout.

Delivery is generally up to 3 working days to mainland Britain (exclusions apply) and Isle of Wight only. 

Delivery to other UK areas such as Northern Ireland, the Highlands and any island are subject to a surcharge and parcels will also take longer to arrive

These are the postcodes subject to a delivery surcharge: AB31-AB56. BT. FK17- FK21, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27, KA28, KW, PA20-PA78, PH15-PH19, PH29-PH50, TR21-TR25, ZE. This list is not exhaustive. Please contact us first before booking if in doubt or for how to pay the surcharge. 

Please contact us first if you wish to place multiple orders that exceed a weight load of 30kg.

***All mainland Britain orders placed by 3PM will generally be despatched the following working day (Monday -Thursday).  However, orders placed outside these times (or during bank holidays) will generally be despatched in 2 working days ***

If no one is home, Evri will leave your parcel in a safe place (if the courier deems one available) or with a neighbour and your tracking will be updated. If it is not possible to deliver the parcel, it will be returned to the delivery depot. 3 attempts are made to deliver. If the parcel is undelivered, it will be returned to us at a cost of £4. This cost will be requested from you.

Deliveries can be any time of day from about 8am to 8pm. Once despatched they are not interceptible. Please contact first if this is likely to be a problem.

If you have any instructions to assist with delivery, please provide them at the time of booking - it is too late once your order has been despatched. 

UK delivery only at present.

We only ever pack items that are completely undamaged. Therefore in the unlikely event that you should receive any damaged items, we would ask for your cooperation by sending photos of the damaged items plus the packaging, which we can then forward to the courier company for any subsequent claim.
