Delivery Information

We use a combination of delivery services in order to keep our prices as low as possible,

Freepost is offered via inPost Lockers to Home / Yodel and occasionally Evri. This is a 2 day+ delivery service and can be up to 4 working days. WARNING: Not available to Highlands / Islands or Northern Ireland. Use Royal Mail instead ( affected postcodes: AB31-AB38, AB41-AB56, BT, FK17-FK21, GY, HS,IM, IV, JE, KA27-KA28, KW, PA17-PA80, PH13-PH50, PO30-PO41, TR21-TR25, ZE ). This list is not exhaustive and may be subject to change. If in doubt, please contact us first.

As with all deliveries, they can be any time of day but we advise you to keep an eye on tracking and divery as necessary. Delivery dates cannot be specified. Once en route, parcels are not interceptable.

Warning - deliveries to more remote areas can often be subject to delays  due to the additional transit time and distances involved, e.g. Scottish islands and the Highlands. These areas are excluded from the above timeframe.

inPost & Royal Mail make 2 standard delivery attempts. After the second failed attempt a Royal Mail item is taken to the delivery office where it is held for 18 days before being returned to the sender. For an inPost item, the parcel is returned after the second failed attempt.

 If a parcel is returned to us we will deduct £4 from your refund.

All items are despatched boxed & securely packaged with either bubble wrap or crumpled newspaper for extra protection. We only ever pack items that are completely undamaged. Therefore in the unlikely event that you should receive any damaged items, we would ask you for your cooperation by sending photos of damaged items plus the packaging, which we can then forward to the courier company for any subsequent claim. NOTE - any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt (which is obtained from tracking)
