50 x 20-Cell Bedding Packs – Kerbside Recyclable Plant Plug Trays

Our bulk pack of 50 x 20-cell bedding packs is the ultimate heavy-duty, eco-friendly solution for raising robust bedding flowers, autumn brassicas, and salad plug plants. Proudly manufactured from premium recycled plastic that is completely Free from Carbon Black, these grey cell packs are designed to be fully kerbside recyclable via Near-Infrared (NIR) sorting systems.

Why these eco-friendly 20-cell bedding packs are a great seller:

• Genuinely Kerbside Recyclable: Unlike traditional black plastic trays that go straight to landfill because council optical sorters cannot detect them, our Carbon Black-free grey trays are easily picked up by NIR sorting systems for seamless kerbside recycling.

• Perfect Modular Fit: Sized at 225mm x 172mm, two of these packs fit flawlessly side-by-side inside a standard British size seed tray or watertight gravel tray. They also fit perfectly underneath half-size propagator lids.

• Substantial Root Volume: Each individual cell measures approximately 3.5cm x 3.8cm wide and 55mm deep, giving your young plants plenty of space to develop a strong, healthy root network.

• Reusable & Free Draining: Thick, robust construction means these are not flimsy, single-use inserts. They can be washed, stacked, and reused season after season. Features generous base drainage holes to prevent waterlogging.
